dental care
so I was went to the dental hygienist a few days ago (it recommended to go at least once a year)
believe it or not, I’m a teeth hygiene freak.
I’m really discussed by yellow teeth, dark teeth…. etc.
I mean… who wouldn’t want white teeth?
so I make sure I take care of them properly. you know… you get one pair for life!
and it reminded me she recommended me products that I fell in love with, and I use everyday.
and I really wanted to pass it on to you guys! I tried a lot of products before I reached these, which I like the most!
tooth brush:
curaprox - ultrasoft 5460
the colors are not the only thing that cool about this brush (which comes in lots of colors combination, very unique to the brand)
when you brushing your teeth one time, it’s like you brushed the same place 6 times because it has much more fibers from regular brush.
also its ULTRA soft and won’t hurt your gingiva and cause gingivitis.
mouth wash:
Gingi lacer -
you can use once a day before sleep. a very fresh mint taste, to wash a whole minute. it keep your teeth very white if you use every day!
colgate max white-
my favorite tooth paste! the taste is great, and it really IS whitening your teeth!
